3. Maintenance & Warranty
Standard warranty: 1 year on GRILL X hardware and peripherals.
Maintenance beyond warranty may be covered under service contracts.
4. Service & Support
Support is available via email, phone, or on-site visit when necessary. Clients are expected to cooperate with troubleshooting steps provided.
5. Liability
Beyond Honeycomb is not responsible for damages resulting from improper installation, misuse, or failure to comply with provided instructions.
