Grill X runs on a standard 220V (or 110V in the US) outlet, max 1.5 kW. Fire requirements are the same as any commercial grill station — it must be installed under a certified ventilation hood. Grill X does not require an internet connection.
In case of malfunction, Grill X can be switched to manual grilling within minutes. Our support team provides remote troubleshooting guidance, and certified technicians are dispatched if needed. We aim for minimal downtime to keep your kitchen running.
